My dad was on a train with this old woman and an unrelated old man. They both were strangers. My dad suggested that they play a game of cards together. The lady thought it great, only the man was resistent. he kept his arms crossed and his hands in his armpits. My dad heckled him, "it's just a game." But the guy wouldn't give in. Then the lady called him out, "C'mon, it'll be fun." Finally the man pulled his hands out; he was missing all his fingers except for his thumbs. "Not a problem," my dad claimed. And they rode the whole way, my dad held both hands of cards and the guy pointed with his thumbs and my dad played the cards. They laughed the whole way. Eh? Maybe a good short.
